Hello everyone! We've been getting a lot of messages about shipping. The good news is we have prepared for this dire situation and are still open for business. We have been making extensive changes on how we operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our fantastic customers! We have implemented extra steps for sanitization of the facility and hygiene practices include social distancing protocols, frequent hand washing, medical grade non-latex gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer stations, and more are all strictly in use. Furthermore, the sales / service staff is working from home. No messages or phone calls should go unanswered due to this current situation. If you need help with a product or are having issues, do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS is experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

BUT this pandemic had us questioning how can we help to give back to our communities, how can we assist our front-line workers who are actually doing battle with this pandemic on a daily basis?

We have started donating PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) supplies to our local communities. Just this week, we have donated over 2000 masks to institutions such as the John D Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit and the Sterling Heights Police Department. We are working hard to get more supplies into the hands of the front-line workers, who need these items to protect and serve our communities.

We all need to be doing everything we possibly can to assist these heroes. I know you have heard it before, but helping them is as easy as just staying home.
